This single vineyard shiraz is sourced from our award winning estate on the edge of the McLaren Vale township. The rich fertile soil over limestone provides excellent conditions for this variety to produce great wines.

Small open fermentation and a mixture of French & American oak is used to craft this wine. The result is a rich, ripe & robust shiraz style. Dominated by licorice, spice & chocolate cake.
